Of all the raw food chefs out there, I was drawn to Russell & his friendly, honest, down to earth casual & fresh approach.

He felt like my friend just from reading & listening to him. When I went to London on a vacation, I embraced the opportunity to take a live course.

The presentations were clear, organized & beautifully presented. I have made many of the recipes demonstrated & am now selling kombucha & sauerkraut! Friends love when I make ‘cheezecake’.

I would take the Fermentation course again as an experienced fermenter now, so I can hone in on more detail & tips.
