    Hi Russell, I am so grateful for all the Christmas Recipes I received so far,
    you have really put some effort there. Yesterday I tried the chocolate fondants from Amy Webster and I have to say that me and my daughter were jumbing of joy to taste something soooo delicious!! Thank you, thank you. Another thing, I am interested in becoming raw chef as well, I live in Paris at the moment. Do you have such classes or can you suggest some for me? xx Nelly

    Hi Nelly, I don’t have trainings for raw food chefs at the moment, but it depends on what you want to do as a raw food chef – there’s many options such as your own classes, catering, personal cheffing, working in a restaurant etc.
