I get thousands of emails, and we actually devote a lot of time and resources to answering questions about our programs and raw food in general. You can find answers to the most common questions and concerns on our FAQ page. Please check there first.
I’m not a huge company and I don’t outsource my customer service to the third world.
I don’t have offices with people standing by to take your calls, but I do have the AMAZING Haylee that helps me with emails and customer support tickets. Whether you send us an email or visit the helpdesk, a new ticket will be created for you.
We’re really good at getting back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday, often a lot sooner.
Haylee gets pretty passionate and likes to answer questions at the weekend sometimes too, there’s just no stopping her.
