I’m not really one for new year’s resolutions, but I can’t deny that the new year has that Lover energy of new beginnings, a time for reflection, and a commitment to start a fresh in any area of your life.

For many people, perhaps you, I realise raw and living foods are going to be a major player in your renewed commitment to be the best version of your self that you can be.

I really see my part in helping you do that clearer than ever, so I’ve created some new videos that are going to help you create the most amazing raw food, to support you in your goals going into this new year.

    This sounds exciting :-) I have been into raw food for a year now, but I have never been more than 30% raw over a longer period of time. I would like to go 50% raw now, if it just stops being so cold outside! Can’t wait to watch the new video :-)

    I eat 80-90% raw most days and drink lots of hot tea and add spices to my meals such as ginger, cinnamon, cumin, or cayenne. Foods such as sweet potato and yam are very warming. I sometimes put warm yam or lentils on my salads and it makes the whole salad a but warm without destroying it.

    I recently adopted the raw organic food diet, and I must say, it’s A-MAZING. My favorite brand right now is Artisana and their coconut butter is simply heavenly. They recently launched a stop motion commercial. Let me know if you try or like it!
