Would You Come To This 1-Day Raw Food Experience in London If I Did It?

I’m thinking of running my 1-day class “The Raw Chef’s Dinner Party Training Experience” in London at the end of April and I’d like to know if you’d be interested in coming?

If you would then I’d like to you put these 2 dates in your diary: 25th & 26th April.

This class is always such great fun and I’ve had A LOT of requests to come to London to do it, so I’m planning to run it twice on those 2 separate dates to allow for demand. The even better news is that I’ve got an outstanding venue for it that can only add to the fun. Seriously, this venue is a beautiful studio kitchen in South London that’s easily accessible and is usually reserved for the likes of the big supermarkets and publishers to do recipe development, food photography and training days for their food buyers.

So here’s what I’d like you to do…

Leave me a comment below and let me know if you’d like to come along and also what you’d like to learn. I run the 1-day class to include a huge amount of information about all elements of raw food preparation including creating your own recipes and throwing a full-on raw food dinner party, but if there’s something else specific you’d like to learn I’ll try my best to accommodate.

Being there on the day is the best way to experience this class but if you’re unable to make it and would like me to film the whole thing then also leave me a comment below and let me know.

I’d really like to know what general questions you have about the class so post them as a comment below as well and I’ll answer them personally.

    Great news! I would definitelly love to come. I am juice feasting at he moment but will be back to solid food by the end of April, so what a great re-introduction to some yummy raw creations! Cannot wait, count me in!

    Looks like you’ve got a few readers on “the other side of the pond.” I’m in Pennsylvania close to Baltimore, MD, but if I were in London at the time you did this I’d surely want to be there.

    What I’d like to know is if you know of anyone in N. America who does similarly to what you do that you could recommend?

    Otherwise an online video (for purchase, maybe?) would also be a wonderful thing to have.

    That would be SO cool! It is a wee bit far to come from NZ for just one day but I would be VERY interested if you planned to do a week retreat or a week of classes etc. Anywhere on the globe would be OK (just need a bit of notice for planning). It would be a great raw food adventure!! And yes, I would be very interested in the video of this class if you make it.

    I have exams in early May so April is no good for me BUT if you run the workshop over the summer then I will come for sure – South London is ideal for me so please let me know if there are any more dates (weekends) over the summer months. I’m new to raw food so an opportunity like that I could not miss!

    Also to re-iterate Margaret’s comment – my problem at the moment is being busy and eating on the go – would be great to have some quick and easy dinners / lunchboxes other than salad.

    I’m also a bit far away, in Australia. If you ever want to come to here or NZ I’d love to attend (I know a great kitchen where they run Raw Food classes in Sydney), and I’m with Tamara – I’d love to get a dvd, or I could even stay up late and watch if you web-streamed it!

    What I’d love to learn would be about seven quite different delicious dishes that are quick to put together at the last minute. I don’t mind lengthy prep such as soaking, marinating, dehydrating for days ahead–in fact I like to have a selection of dehydrated items around to snack on. What I haven’t managed to get is a variety of mouth-watering savoury recipes, with varying textures and tastes that satisfy all aspects of the palate.

    Sounds great! I’d love to come on the 26th if possible. Am fairly new to raw food and am getting a bit stuck in a rut with the same meals, would be a great way to get some new ideas.

    Wonderful News !!
    I am in the US as well and will be in London last 2 weeks of April. I would LOVE to join you either day. Perhaps there will be 2 of us as my sister is along as well. I have recently completed Associate Chef training at Living Light in California and so enjoy learning by doing. A day with you would be marvelous. I’d be open to anything you can teach me.     A one-day course in London sounds great – lower travel and no accomodation costs – how much will the day cost?
    Also, I would reiterate the comments above about quick and easy everyday meals. Your info says you will demonstrate the lasagne recipe, as this is readily available I know many people have already made that themselves (and it is fantastic) although quite labour intensive.
    Will all the recipes need a dehydrator? Many people starting out can’t afford one, and I know from my own experience that finding great recipes all involving dehydration can be a bit demoralising.

    I would prefer to attend the class on the 25th April, i’m keen to learn more ideas for evening meals as this is where i struggle also more ideas for those not able to buy a dehydrator, i dont really want to use the oven on a low heat. I also want to make more stuff for lunch at work other than salads. Thank you so much for putting on this class.

I was actually planning to come to London in August or September for the raw gourmet courses, and I am just seeking for the best raw chef , because I want to learn more about sophisticated taste of the raw foods, and finding you is just the thing I was looking for.
