Rejuvenate Latte

Rejuvenate Latte

This is a really great way to get some medicinal and tonic herbs into your life. As a bonus it’s a great, comforting drink that will do wonders for your adrenals and general feel-goodness.

I like to use Rejuvenate powder, but if you can’t get that, you can use any of the medicinal mushroom powders like chaga or reishi, all of which are great for your endocrine system.

If you don’t like using stevia as a sweetener, simply substitute with your favourite sweetener, or don’t use sweetener at all if you’re sweet enough.

With the cashews, if 2 tablespoons seems like a weird measurement of cashews, it kind of is, but I wanted to use just a really small amount, because all you’re looking for is creaminess. To give you an idea, it works out to about 10 to 15 individual cashews.

I’m finishing off the cup in the picture right now and it’s just a delight, I hope you like it.

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Rejuvenate (can be found by clicking here and typing Rejuvenate into the search box)
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 1/2 dropper Vanilla Creme Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve immediately. It’s really important to make sure you blend fully, so there’s no bit of cashew left…I really don’t like bits of cashew in my creamy drinks.

Out of stock with the tea, Doh! Also, my son has nut allergies, so I don’t use nuts, can I just use coconut milk and possibly coconut cream? I have maca and cacao powder, looking forward to trying it out. xx

Can you heat the cashew ‘milk’? Some nut milks I have made don’t like being heated, but I like my creamy drinks warm.

So I splurged when LionHeart had their sale and bought the rejuvenate. Shipping to the USA makes this a real treat. I sure wish they would distribute through someone over here.
Anyway, I absolutely love this idea, Russell. Thank you for sharing it. I will play with other suggestions in the comments, as well. Rejuvenate with lime…hmmm 🙂

Just mixed this up now and after reading the comments had to use both the cashews and the coconut oil!! Creamy & delishious !! I used carob powder instead of maca as that’s what I had, and the Chagall mushroom powder. Yum!!!!

So grateful you shared this seriously delicious recipe. Will use rehmannia & maca pd.& either a Ron Teeguardens Reishi capsule or some Jing City w/lucuma in place of Loin heart Herb’s Rejuvenate(since I am in the states and can not easily purchase from them) Mine won’t be as nutritiously sound as yours without the Rejuvenate, but still looking forward to trying this warming treat. Also grateful you used discretion and chose only a small amount of cashews here.I adore your beautiful photograph’s and oh oh oh how I love your spoons and perfectly beautiful cup. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

    Hi Russell,

This latte recipe sounds delicious. Thank you for sharing this elixir.

I was wondering, do you have an alternative for Rejuvenate, Reishi and Chaga? I’m living in Ecuador and I can’t buy these products here, unfortunately. I really like the amazing properties of these powders.

    Keep up the inspiring work!

      Thanks, Kim.

You can substitute for most medicinal or superfood powders. There’s a few ideas in the comments here 🙂

    Ow, sounds amazing!!

Ive been doing something similar in the morning, but instead of the cashews, I add about 1 TBS of coconut oil and it makes it super creamy & frothy!

Love your work Russell – thanks so much for the continue stream of amazingness that comes from your brain! 🙂

Oh this looks great!! I already love Rejuvenate ( with lime juice), and hadn’t even THOUGHT to turn it into a warm creamy drink, to hit that spot when you need it.
    Thanks for inspiration Russell 🙂

Sounded great but as soon as I saw the Maca alarm bells rang
I’m seriously allergic if that’s the term to maca. I immediately double over
In pain in my stomach which is such a shame. Have you heard of other people who have this?
Curious to know if that is the case for others.
I tested it with my kinesiologist and it came up
That my body can’t tolerate it! Interesting
