My raw winter favourites
Winter can be a tricky time to eat raw food. Many people want to increase their intake of cooked food, which of course feels very natural in the colder months.
If you also want to bring in some hearty raw food dishes that feel nourishing at this time of year, I’ve selected three of my favourites.
That’s what I’ll show you in this livestream class; you’ll learn 3 easy and delicious raw food recipes for winter.
Butternut Squash Pasta
I’ll show you how to turn this beautiful winter vegetable into a robust and satisfying raw winter dish. The orange ginger relish and kimchi-fused sauce gives this dish a wonderfully warming quality.
Stir-Friday
When we set out to create this recipe we clearly had ‘raw stir-fry’ in mind. Whilst raw food and stir-fry seem to be at two ends of the spectrum, they are alike in that they both use the freshest ingredients to culminate in a tasty, crunchy and vibrant dish.
Winter Sanswich
Well, this class ended up having to dishes with puns as names. That may or may not have had something to do with my selection of these favourites.
This Winter Sanswich uses savoy cabbage leaves to make a burrito-style wrap packed with winter warmer ingredients. Really great for lunchboxes or to eat at home.

How Does It Work?

- These classes are demo based, so there’s nothing for you to prepare beforehand – just turn up, relax and learn in the comfort of your home.

- The event will immediately be available to view as a replay within the Academy. You’ll also be able to download the video file to keep.
