In this free demo class Amy and I will be showing you how to approach flavour balancing in a very pragmatic way.

We’ll start with a fermented cashew cheese. Amy will take it in a sweet direction and I’ll develop the flavour in a savoury way. This will allow you to see the differences in how we come up with recipes that taste good, but also where there’s common ground.

I’ll be sharing the framework I always have in mind as I taste things, and how I use The Flavour Bible to come up with inspiration and ideas.
