What is Raw Food?
Raw food is prepared below 116 degrees F (46 C). That means it’s not necessarily cold food; we can use dehydrators as our ‘raw food oven’ (you can also use an oven instead of a dehydrator to get started), applying just enough heat to make things like raw pizza, breads, crackers & chips.

You don’t need to be vegan to enjoy raw vegan recipes. It just so happens that raw food is vegan. In fact, if you’re not vegan, but want to explore more meat-free meals, raw vegan is a fun way to do it... all eaters are welcome here!
