How to Make Date Paste Sweetener

Date paste is a great whole food option for sweetening raw desserts if you’d prefer not to use liquid sweeteners.

It’s also great for replacing granulated sugar in desserts, but you have to take into account that you’re using a wet sweetener, rather than a dry one.
