This is a bit of a raw food classic dish, but just like any classic, everyone’s got their own take on it.
I just love the way this comes out of the dehydrator flaky and crumbly after 24 hours. It’ll turn a regular salad into something really special and it’s pretty easy to make.
If you’re looking for some Netflix watching snacks, you can do a lot worse than a bowl of this and some cherry tomatoes. Yeah, things get pretty posh in my house when it’s time to dig in to a box set 🙂
