All you need to do is send us an email within 30 days (inclusive) of your purchase date stating that you would like a refund. The email address to contact is [email protected]
In the case of digital product refunds, we will simply issue the refund within 48 hours of the request, Monday to Friday. Depending on whether you used Paypal or a credit/debit card to purchase, it can take 5 to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
For live in-person or streamed class, workshops and events there are no refunds given within 2 weeks of the start of the event, during the event, or after the event.
Subscription payments are made on the same day each month until the set number of payments has been made.
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt it a total of 3 times. If it’s unsuccessful on the third attempt, we will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.
If you default on your subscription payments you will no longer have access to that course. Subscription payments for products are non-refundable after the first payment.
The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the first payment and starts from the date you make that first payment.
Live Classes & Workshops

Because of the small group size and planning needed, once booked there are no refunds unless the class is cancelled by us.
If you want to change to a later date, we will try our best to accommodate you up to 2 weeks before the class date, only if there is someone on the waiting list to fill your space. Within 2 weeks of the class date there are no refunds or transfers available.
We do stick to the refund policy as it is here, to be fair to everyone, so please make sure you agree as no exceptions can be made, due to the nature of running a live class. Thanks!
