I decided to sign up for the course because I wanted to incorporate more raw foods into my diet without it being boring.

What I like most about Russell’s approach is that he gives explanation to why you’re doing things.

If you want to change something then you know how to do it to suit you.

I would recommend The Raw Chef to others since I know most people don’t nearly eat as much vegetables as we should.

This is a healthy, fun way to learn how to include more veggies with a twist, taste and it’s not humdrum.

I like that there are healthy desserts. I especially like the different variations of kale chips. At $5 from the market for 1ounce it’s better to make at home.
