My husband and I started juicing last year for health and weight reasons. Since then we have been inspired by my sister in law to look at food in a different way. Goodness me what an eye opener. We no longer drink milk, except for nut milks, I’ve not touched meat for over three months and I’ve now embarked on experimenting to ‘cook’ raw.
After booking on to your raw cooking course I have found that this style of eating is so full of flavor and so tasty. My taste buds just explode with the deliciousness of raw food.
And the benefit is that, it is feeding my body with all the natural food I need.
I love the fact that the videos are so easy to follow. I just need to build up my store cupboard with new ingredients.
I’ve now invested in a dehydrator and could probably do with some extra lessons in showing me the best way to use it to maximum benefit.
