Raw food is prepared below 116 degrees F (46 C). That means it’s not necessarily cold food; we can use dehydrators as our ‘raw food oven’ (you can also use an oven instead of a dehydrator to get started), applying just enough heat to make things like raw pizza, breads, crackers & chips.
