Raw food is prepared below 116 degrees F (46 C). That means it’s not necessarily cold food; we can use dehydrators as our ‘raw food oven’ (you can also use an oven instead of a dehydrator to get started), applying just enough heat to make things like raw pizza, breads, crackers & chips. It just so happens that raw food is vegan. If you’re not vegan, but want to explore more meat-free meals, raw vegan is a fun way to do it..all eaters are welcome here!
